Overview

Refunds & Returns – At Maryanne Chisholm Fine Art, every portrait and painting is a custom, one-of-a-kind creation made specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of this work, refunds are not offered once work has begun.

However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to me. That’s why I proudly offer:

  • Up to 3 revisions during the process
  • A final proof photo before shipping
  • Ongoing communication to ensure you’re thrilled with the result

Each artwork is painted with care, quality, and close attention to your requests. I work directly with each client to capture your vision as accurately as possible. If you’re not satisfied with the initial proof, I will gladly work with you to make changes within the scope of the original agreement.

What You Can Expect:

  • You’ll receive a photo of your finished piece before it ships
  • You may request up to three revisions at no additional charge
  • Once approved and shipped, all sales are final

No Returns or Refunds After Shipment

Because each artwork is custom-made, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds after the piece has shipped. Please review your final proof carefully before approval.
