At MCArtist, we handle every shipment with great care to ensure your custom artwork arrives safely, securely, and on time. This shipping policy explains exactly how we process, package, and deliver your order. By understanding our process, you can feel confident every step of the way—from studio to doorstep.
🌎 Shipping Locations
Currently we ship to customers across the United States and select international destinations. So, If you’re located outside the U.S. please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and rates.

After we confirm your artwork details, please allow 6 to 8 weeks (30 to 45 business days) for creation and handling. Maryanne is creating every piece with care, precision, and personal intention. We create original, hand-painted works of art for each client to ensure the highest quality and originality. Your artwork is truly one of a kind—from the first brushstroke to final delivery. After we confirm your artwork details, please allow: 30 – 45 business days (6 to 8 weeks) for creation and handling.
We may require longer processing times for complex or large-scale pieces. Expect us to keep you informed every step of the way and share a tracking number once your order ships.
đźšš Shipping Methods
We primarily ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on size, destination, and urgency.
Shipping is FREE on all domestic orders. International shipping rates vary, and are calculated at checkout.
đź”’ Packaging & Protection
Your painting will be carefully packaged using professional materials, so we are able to ensure safe delivery. All artwork produced is shipped flat or rolled (depending on the piece) and protected with bubble wrap, kraft paper, and a rigid mailer or box.
📦 Tracking & Delivery
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
